Who we are
JustSigns is a cloud digital signage platform and advertising marketplace published and operated by IDEALOGY, a SARL with a share capital of €50,000, registered with the RCS of Paris under number 505 014 506 (APE code 6201Z, VAT number FR45505014506), whose registered office is at 50 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. IDEALOGY has been designing and running software for businesses since 2008.
For this website, the dashboard, the Marketplace, the player apps and your JustSigns account, IDEALOGY is the data controller. For the content you display and any personal data it contains about your own customers, staff or visitors, you are the controller and IDEALOGY acts as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement.

Data we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail address, password (stored hashed), company, country, currency, language, plan, two-step sign-in settings, and the members you invite with the sections they can use.
- Content: images, videos, documents, playlists, live-channel links, schedules and the ads you assign to bookings.
- Display and player data: device name, type and app version, pairing details, IP address, online and offline status, the device’s location when the device provides it, and Proof of Play records (which content played, on which display, when and for how long).
- Marketplace data: your listings (title, description, type, address, map point, size, photos, prices, availability and accepted industries), bookings and campaigns, ad play records with date, time, display, city, country and coordinates, and the messages, artwork and proof files exchanged in an order.
- Payment data: balance top-ups, transactions, payouts, invoices and billing details. Card, bank and payout account details are entered on Stripe, our payment provider, and are never stored by JustSigns.
- Usage data: pages and features used, device and browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical logs kept for security.
- Messages you send to support, sales or through the contact form.

Display location
A display’s location is used to show listings by distance in the Marketplace, to match network campaigns to the countries and radius chosen by advertisers, and to show advertisers where their ads played. It comes from the device’s location when the device provides it, otherwise from the map point of the listing, otherwise from the IP address. It locates the screen, not the people in front of it. Players do not use cameras or microphones and JustSigns does not identify viewers.
In the Marketplace, “Near me” uses your browser’s location only if you allow it, only for that search, and it is not stored.
What other users can see
- Your active listings are public in the Marketplace, including their photos, address and map point. Do not include personal data you do not want to publish.
- For a booking, the owner sees the advertiser’s account name, the ad content and the order messages; the advertiser sees the listing, the play records of their ads, the proof and the order messages.
- Each party may use the other’s data only to carry out that booking.
Player apps and app stores
The JustSigns player apps are distributed through app stores such as Google Play, the Microsoft Store and the Amazon Appstore, through the Samsung and LG TV platforms, or downloaded directly from justsigns.tv. When you download an app from a store, the store processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Once installed, the player app only sends JustSigns what it needs to pair the display with your account, receive your content, schedules and ads, keep a live connection for instant updates, and report its status, location and plays. You can unpair a display at any time from your dashboard.
Where data is stored and international transfers
JustSigns runs on a cloud and CDN (content delivery network) infrastructure. Our main hosting is in France, with OVH and IONOS. To deliver content quickly, copies of the website and of your content may also be served by cloud and CDN providers located in or near your country, acting only on our instructions. JustSigns is used in several countries, and Stripe may process payment data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards required.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@justsigns.tv; we reply within one month. Some data, such as invoices and completed booking records, must be kept for the legal period even if you ask for deletion.

Security
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and hashing of stored passwords; optional two-step sign-in.
- Each display uses its own token to receive its content and live updates.
- Access to customer data limited to authorised staff.
- Regular backups of the service.
- Logging and monitoring of the service, with a documented incident procedure.
Children
JustSigns is a professional tool and is not intended for people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.
E-mails we send
We send service e-mails needed for your account, such as sign-in codes, invoices, booking and order updates and display alerts. Marketing e-mails are sent only with your consent, and every one contains an unsubscribe link. Optional reports, such as the display health report, can be turned off from the link in the e-mail.
Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever our processing changes, and we tell you by e-mail or in the dashboard before an important change takes effect. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
