Put your content in the right order.
A playlist is a loop of media with a duration and transition for each item. Build it once in the Playlist library, then assign it to a display, a schedule event or a booked ad slot.
A sequence of images and videos that repeats.
Search, folders and included templates in the left panel.
Your plan sets how many playlists you can create.
Ad breaks are added around your loop: Top, Middle and Last.
Create a playlist
Playlist → Create PlaylistChoose Create Playlist, give it a clear name such as “Reception welcome” and place it in a folder if you like. Find playlists later with the library search on the left.
Add your media
Playlist → editor → MediaOpen a Media folder and add the images or videos you want. Only the items in the selected list are in the playlist — not the whole library.
Set order, duration and transitions
Playlist → editorDrag items into order. Set a duration in seconds for images (videos play their full length) and a transition for each item. Check the total loop time.
Save and assign it
Display → Edit · Schedule → Add EventSave the playlist. Then assign it in a display’s settings (Media type: Playlist), use it in a schedule event, or select it for a time slot you booked in Marketplace Orders.
See where ads fit
Good to knowYour playlist is the loop. Ads only appear in breaks: Top before item 1, Middle halfway, Last after the last item. A long playlist on the Free plan can get a network ad break more often.
Avoid surprises.
- Saving a playlist does not put it on a screen — assigning it does.
- Empty playlists cannot be chosen in schedules.
- Included templates (FHD, HD) are locked; duplicate the idea in your own playlist.
- A playlist used in a public listing shows “Used in a public listing” and cannot be deleted.
Quick answers.
Can one playlist run on many screens?
Yes. Assign it to as many displays as you want; editing it updates them all.
Can I use a playlist for an ad I booked?
Yes, for booked time slots. Display-impression and network ads use one media file chosen in the order.
